The following rules for the returns service have applied since 1 May 2016:
- Incorrectly ordered goods can only be returned and refunded in full within 14 days. This is conditional on undamaged and resaleable packaging. Office Leader AG reserves the right to return products with missing or unusable original packaging to the customer at his own risk and expense. Packaging is considered unusable if it is deficient, bears stickers or writing or is otherwise unfit for resale. Products are considered to be objectionable if they were purchased more than 14 days ago, have already been used or are otherwise unfit for resale. In the event that Office Leader AG accepts the return of such products for reasons of goodwill, it will apply a reasonable reduction in the purchase price of at least 30%.
- ALL returned goods must be accompanied by the goods return form issued by Office Leader AG stating the invoice number/delivery note number, article number and the reason for the return. A processing fee of 20% will be deducted from the credit note value for delayed notifications or if details are missing from the form. Returns that are not notified will be considered to be a disposal order.
- The customer bears the costs of returning products by mail. Goods that are returned via Post Innight must be identified by a barcode return label.
- Procurement products (i.e. products that Office Leader has declared as non-stock items and that are therefore procured specially for a customer's order) cannot be returned to Office Leader under any circumstances.
